Clive Davis is binging on Manhattan real estate.

The legendary former Columbia Records chief, who has mentored the likes of Aretha Franklin and Jennifer Hudson, has snagged a two-bedroom apartment at a white-glove co-op at 465 Park Ave., adding to his already extensive holdings in the tony Midtown tower.

Davis paid $1.48 million for a two-bedroom, 1,250-square-foot apartment at the building last month, according to public records filed with the city Monday. He already owns at least four other units in the building as well as a $6 million pad he picked up at the Rushmore condominium on the Upper West Side in 2011.

Listing brokers Shelly Wu and Gina Sabio of Town Residential did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The prestigious prewar building, which is just a few blocks from Central Park, boasts historic details such as crown moldings and stately herringbone wood floors. It has a full-time doorman and hotel amenities including a fitness center and an on-site chef for private parties.
